Two more panchayats added
Our home sample collection service, which runs from the Pala centre, now covers Bharananganam and Kadaplamattom panchayats as well. A trained phlebotomist from KISCO comes to your house, draws the sample and brings it back to the Pala laboratory for processing.
How to arrange a home visit

- Bookings for morning collection are taken up to 6:00 PM the previous day
- Tell us the tests your doctor has advised, so we can explain any fasting needed
- Keep the prescription and a contact number ready when our staff arrives
Reports are shared on WhatsApp once they are ready, and a printed copy can be collected from the Pala centre at your convenience. A home visit charge applies in addition to the test charges, and the amount is told to you at the time of booking.
The service is meant particularly for elderly patients, people recovering after surgery and anyone who finds it difficult to travel. Availability on a given day depends on the collection route and the staff on duty, so booking early helps us plan the round.
